Claudia Baijens is a current MBA Class of 2019 student at Columbia Business School. She has 3+ years experience in the Management Consulting industry (Bain & Company) working around the globe. She specializes in the Financial Industry and has extensive working experience with change programs. This required both an problem solving mindset as client relationship building to achieve the successful results.

Claudia graduated Cum Laude in the Masters program from the Erasmus University, Rotterdam in Finance & Investments and holds an Bsc. In Business Administration from the Erasmus University, Rotterdam School of Management. She also won the Rotary Youth Leadership Award during her studies.
