Margaret Judson
Margaret Judson is known for her work on the hit HBO drama, The Newsroom, created by Academy Award winner Aaron Sorkin. Upon discovering Margaret while she was Keith Olbermann’s research assistant, Aaron handpicked her to leave her news job at MSNBC, to become not only a regular on the show, but also to join the writers’ room as a consultant.
Aside from her passion for acting, she is currently a journalist focusing on human rights and criminal justice reform.
Originally from Chicago, Margaret graduated from the University of Illinois with a degree in journalism. She began her career with the prestigious NBC Page Program in New York. At NBC, Margaret worked with everyone from Jeffrey Immelt and Lorne Michaels to Jimmy Fallon and Brian Williams.
