Ceci Kurzman
Ceci Kurzman is the founder and president of Nexus Management Group, a talent management and business development company. Kurzman has managed business development and career strategy for several high profile “living brands”, including Shakira and Alicia Keys. Currently, Nexus is focused on partnering capital resources with talent-driven brand-to-business strategies.
Prior to founding Nexus Management in 2004, Kurzman served as Vice President of Worldwide Marketing at Epic / Sony Music. Kurzman began her career at Arista Records where she held the positions of Director of Artist Development and Director of Special Projects, successively.
In addition to running Nexus Management, Ceci plays an active role as both an investor and operations in a variety of early and growth-stage companies.
Kurzman serves on the boards of Revlon, Spring Studios, Migreat, Choate Rosemary Hall, Barefoot Foundation, The Desmond Tutu Peace Foundation, Médecins du Monde, The Royal Academy of Arts, and the New York City Global Partners. She is also a member of The Council on Foreign Relations’ Global Communications Advisory Committee.
